My Navtivity

I've always, always wanted a Nativity scene.

I never really saw one I loved (that was within my budget, anyway--holy schnikees are those things expensive!!), but this was one I really liked--and, being that I am a former candle lady myself and had mucho gift certificates left over from my time in PartyLite Land....

I decided to cash in some of those certificates and get this (not-so-cheap) set (for free--YAY).

Now that it is out of the box and lit up every night, I really do love it! It is is much prettier than the catalog--or even the pictures here--show!

In the day.....

and at night

My favorite piece, and the reason this holiday is so amazingly wonderful!

Thank you, Jesus, for giving us the most wonderful reason to celebrate at this time of year!!

that IS beautiful! We still don't have one... they are so expensive and I don't like the cheap looking ones. We have a local shop {global village} that sells them from around the globe. They are AWESOME... but expensive. Hopefully one day. :)

I absolutely love them too dev and I was just telling rog that tonight. I was saying that I would love a nice one, big one too if we can find one that is halfway decent. yours is so pretty but I would probably end up never lighting it or running out of candles and never replacing them.

I like that! Beautiful.

I think your walls are the same color green as at my old house! We haven't painted here yet.

That is so pretty. My mom used to do ceramics and make the most awesome Nativity Scenes for people. My favorite one she ever did was done with chalks and then "antiqued" - oh my word was it ever beautiful. However, by the time I was an adult, I ended up with one she bought. BUMMER.

I love your set, though - it's very pretty!
