A hole in my heart

I've been absent for a few days.

My amazing, precious Grandma Franzi, whom I have blogged about before, went to heaven surrounded by both of her daughters and all of her granddaughters, myself included, on Saturday night.

There is a hole inside of me that will never be filled. I will never be the same.

When people mention their Grandmother, most have warm, happy, wonderful thoughts and memories. I am no exception. I loved her so much. I will miss her terribly.

This is a busy week, but I hope to blog again soon about everything my Grandmother meant to me. I'll never be able to adequately express it in words, I am sure....but I'm going to try.

Thank you to those of you who have been praying for me and for my family. I appreciate it so much.

*I love you Grandma Franzi.*

There will never, ever be anyone like you--ever again.

I know what you mean by saying you have a hole in your heart. I lost my grandfather it will be 2 years in March. There is not a day that goes by that I do not miss him, he was not only a grandpa to me and my sister, but also a father. He walked both my sister and I down the isle when we got married and was there when all 4 of his great granddaughters were born. Even though I know he is in a better place, I still wish he was here on earth with us...

I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers!

This post made me cry. I lost my nanny 3 years ago. I was at her bedside the night she went to Heaven and it was heartbreaking. I have blogged about her so many times and it never feels easier...however, the hope of Heaven is amazing to me since her passing. I'm so so sorry for your loss. Hang in there and email me if you ever want to talk! Thinking of you guys...

Such a loss...

You know I've got your back.

I'm looking forward to reading about your Grandma.

Take care. Remember Peanut, and get lots of rest and try to stay calm.
