Calling all Hawks

A couple of days ago, I looked out the window and saw this:



Of course, I immediately wondered: What on earth?

"Colin? What are you doing, buddy?" I said.

"Well," he replied, "I saw a hawk up in the sky, and he was circling.
I thought he might be looking for food, so I was calling him and
letting him know that I had some fish for him."

"Heeeeeeeeere Hawk......heeeeeeeeeeere Hawk....." he kept repeating.
